This committee has up to five Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association Council Members, with at least one, Executive Member who will be the Chairman of this committee.  The ODMHA Referee-in-Chief attends the committee meetings as a non-voting resource. 

Hearings must have at least three committee members and a chairman to form a quorum.  They meet regularly on Tuesday evenings to hear Discipline and Appeals that are brought to the attention of this office.  This committee meets at the Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association office, 1247 Kilborn Place, Suite 300, Ottawa, ON.
