The Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association sends two representatives to the Rules and Officials Committee meetings. Discussions are held regarding officiating matters and rule interpretation. This committee convenes four times per season at the Ottawa District Hockey Association office, 1247 Kilborn Place, Suite D300,Ottawa, ON.
